Admission Procedure
The admissions are on the basis of guidelines of AICTE through the RPET/AIEEE system and under the present norms the BMIT offers its courses under three categories:
(i) RPET seats 70% (through centralized counseling conducted by RPET)
(ii) AIEEE seats 15% (through centralized counseling conducted by RPET)
(iii) Management seats 15%
Procedure for admission to management seats
The admission to the management seats will be done strictly on merit list, prepared solely on the marks obtained by the student in twelfth standard, provided the student must have appeared in either AIEEE or RPET entrance examination.
The desirous students will have to apply for management seats in the prescribed application form. The minimum qualifying marks for different categories will be as per the decision of the State Goverment / Admission Committee.

Further the minimum mandatory qualifications required includes:
Passed the examination of 10+2 (Class XII or equivalent) with min 60% (for management seats)
Subject combination in the 10+2 (Class XII or equivalent) has to be
Compulsory Subjects - Physics & Mathematics
Optional Subjects - Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology
Age limit - As per the guidelines provided by the Admission Committee.

Disclaimer
1. Admission will be confirmed by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan, RPET/RMAT Co-ordinator (Rajasthan State Govt. appointed Regulatory body for admission in engineering college in state).
2. Student must qualify all the pre-requisite for the admission in B.E./M.B.A. program, as per rules & regulation of Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan and State Government of Rajasthan.
3. Admission in management quota will be done as per the guide line issued by State Government of Rajasthan & Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan.
4. Domicile and medical certificate needs to be deposited at the time of admission. Admission will be confirmed on submission of due medical fitness certificate on the prescribed form certified by the medical officer of the Government.
5. Fee Structure for the session 2010-11 will be finalised by the state level fee Committee (Currently Rs. 47000/- per annum for Engineering Program and Rs. 40000/- per annum for MBA Program). The candidate are required to pay the fees as prescribed by the committee. The fee once deposited by the candidate for admission in Engineering/management courses will be dealt as per the rules prescribed by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan.
6. In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be limited to the Jaipur Courts only (Lower & District) and it will not be subject to any Courts (Except high Court/Supreme Court) outside Jaipur.
